To Our Beloved Community,
After much reflection, we want to share that we will be retiring and closing our tiny house coffee shop on Sunday, December 28, 2025.
This decision comes with a full heart.
Over the years, this little space became so much more than a place to grab coffee. It became a rhythm in our mornings, a pause in busy days, a place where conversations unfolded, friendships formed, and quiet moments were shared. You allowed us into your routines and your lives, and that is something we will always carry with us.
Telling many of you in person over the past week has been incredibly moving. Your kindness, your emotions, your encouragement, and your happiness for us as we step into this next chapter have reminded us just how special this community truly is.
While it is bittersweet to say goodbye, we are feeling deeply at peace with this decision. We are excited for what lies ahead, and profoundly grateful for everything that has been behind us — especially you.
We will be open through Sunday, December 28th, and we would love to see you, share a cup, and enjoy these final days together.
Thank you for showing up, for caring, and for helping create something that mattered.
With all our gratitude and love,
Kyle & Sadie

Thank you for every cup of coffee, and for your good company. Our memories of the Red Byrd are grand. God bless!
For the last 3 years you brought a little Sunday morning joy into our lives. Moving to TN was taking a huge leap of faith. We left family, friends, and "home" behind. The first cup of Southern Hospitality was shared at the Red Bird and will always be a treasured memory. Not only wonderful and comforting cups of coffee, but so much more. We are so happy for you! We have had more than our share of goodbyes, so we are going to simply say, "See you around". May peace, love and God's grace always be with you. Keep spreading the joy and the love, the world needs more people like Sadie and Kyle.
